Where the largest transactions are decided

Equity, property, staffing and disposals carry the biggest numbers — and the biggest mistakes. We treat each as a distinct capability rather than a line on a menu.

01

Corporate & individual tax planning

Planning built around how the business actually operates, then implemented in contracts, cash flow and invoices — not just a slide.

02

Equity transfer & holding structures

Transaction structuring across direct holdings, partnerships and corporate holding platforms, comparing tax cost and governance.

03

Listed-share disposals & flexible staffing

Route selection and tax modelling for disposals; substance tests and compliant settlement for flexible staffing.

04

Real estate & construction

Whole-project tax planning, cost collection and allocation, and land value-added tax clearance.

How we work

Five steps, each with a deliverable

We do not promise approvals or zero risk. We promise verified facts, a clear explanation and work that gets done.

Discovery

Industry, scale, how you trade and how the group is held — plus where it currently hurts.

Design

Options with numbers, scope, deliverables and a fixed fee before anything starts.

Delivery

A named project lead executes; key milestones are reported without being asked.

Review

Filings are checked after submission; advice is adjusted when facts or rules change.

Ongoing

Annual returns, renewals and filing calendars flagged before the deadline.

Why clients stay

Professional · one-stop · on the ground

Three commitments we make to clients — and the three criteria we are measured on internally.

01

One-stop delivery

Five lines coordinated by a single project team, so China filings and overseas registrations do not contradict each other.

02

Qualified team

Tax specialists and cross-border compliance advisers working to the same standards on both sides of the border.

03

Common questions

Questions we are asked first

Do you handle China work, overseas work, or both?

Both, and often for the same client. China is the base: formation, bookkeeping, filings, tax and equity structuring. Overseas is the extension: VAT, IOSS and EPR compliance, foreign entities and annual returns, international trademarks and patents. Whether the China books are clean directly affects whether an overseas structure is workable.

We just started selling cross-border. Do we need compliance now?

Before volumes ramp up, yes. Tax registrations take time, and marketplaces suspend listings without a valid EPR registration. Fixing it later usually means retroactive filings, penalties and lost listing weight. A first review that maps the countries and platform rules you actually need is a cheap way to start.

Does an overseas company mean we stop paying tax in China?

No. Overseas income of a Chinese tax resident enterprise is included in its taxable income, and a foreign company controlled by Chinese resident individuals can fall within controlled foreign company rules. An offshore entity solves market access, collections and local compliance — not tax avoidance. The structure has to be designed before it is set up.

Do trademarks have to be filed country by country?

Protection is territorial: a mark is protected where it is registered. If your market is concentrated in Europe, an EU trademark covers all member states; for a multi-country portfolio the Madrid system is efficient; for one or two countries a direct filing is often cheaper and faster.

How is bookkeeping priced?

By taxpayer status and monthly document volume — small-scale VAT taxpayers start from RMB 200 per month. Cross-border VAT filing is priced by country and filing frequency, and overseas formation and annual returns follow the local cost of the jurisdiction. Every quote states scope and deliverables before signing.
